About this Beach

The name means sea of pebbles in Maltese, an accurate description of the rocky limestone shelf that extends into the water here. A quiet local stretch north of St Julian's where the coast stays largely undeveloped and the swimming draws almost entirely a local crowd.

Getting there
By car

On the seafront road through Baħar iċ-Ċagħaq village.

By bus

Bus 12 or 13 toward Sliema/St Julian's direction.
