About this Beach
The famous Azure Window, the great natural rock arch that stood at the entrance to the bay, collapsed in a storm in March 2017. The lagoon itself remains one of the most extraordinary geological features in the Mediterranean, connected to the open sea through a dark tunnel in the rock with boat trips running through it daily.
