About this Beach
The limestone headland above the beach is covered in prehistoric cart ruts, those mysterious Bronze Age channels carved into the rock that appear all over Malta and have never been fully explained. The bay itself is one of the quietest and most beautiful on the island, with excellent snorkelling in the flanking coves.
Getting there
By car
From Mġarr, follow signs to Ġnejna. The final road is narrow.
By bus
Bus 44 to Mġarr, then 25-min walk.
