About this Beach
One of Gozo's most dramatic inlets, a narrow fjord-like channel with limestone walls rising steeply on both sides and the sea perfectly still inside. Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie filmed scenes for their 2015 film By the Sea here, and the exceptional clarity of the water that drew them is unchanged.

From Xewkija, follow the valley road south. Road narrows significantly.
By bus
No direct bus. Rent a car or bicycle from Victoria.
